What if I haven't received any physician matches?
If you have not received any interested physician matches within a few days of posting your job, contact support in the portal or email support@singleaimhealth.com so the team can check whether there are any issues with your submission. In some states, limited physician availability is the main reason a job may not receive interested matches quickly. This can be more common in states with a lower supply of physicians on the Single Aim platform, such as Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
