How do physician monthly attestations work?

You can access physician monthly attestations from the Attestations tab in the Single Aim portal. From there, you can see the monthly attestations that have been created for all of your active collaborations. You can complete them there, which means leaving a report of your collaboration activity for the month for that collaboration.
