How does provider matching work on Single Aim?
From the physician's perspective: once your profile is set up and approved, you can use the Single Aim portal to review available collaboration opportunities and express interest in roles that fit your licensure, specialty, availability, and pricing expectations.
From the clinician's perspective: you can post a role on Single Aim describing the collaboration you need. Single Aim will match you with physicians, and interested physicians can respond with pricing estimates. The clinician and physician will generally meet or communicate to discuss the role, confirm mutual fit, and agree on key terms.
If both sides decide to move forward, return to the portal and confirm the collaboration by entering details such as the fee and start date. Both parties need to confirm before the collaboration is fully confirmed and ready for finalization steps.
