As a physician, how do I get started with Single Aim and complete my setup?

To get set up, you need to create an account on Single Aim. If you have not already, you can do so here: physician sign-up.

Once your account is set up, you will be able to log in to the Single Aim portal, where you should complete your profile, including the states where you are licensed, the specialties and medical areas where you would like to collaborate, and your state of residence. You can also upload a profile picture and a short bio.

After you submit your profile, the team will review it and either approve or deny it. If it is approved, your profile will be eligible for matching with collaborations submitted on the Single Aim platform.
