Where do I upload my malpractice insurance and other required credentialing documents?
Upload your malpractice insurance and any other requested credentialing documents through the agreement or onboarding link available by clicking into your collection from the home page of the Single Aim portal. In many cases, the upload area is part of your agreement or onboarding workflow, so be sure to complete any other required fields there as well. If you cannot find the upload page or the link is not working, contact support in the portal or email support@singleaimhealth.com so the team can resend the link or help you get the documents uploaded.
