Will all agreements be signed electronically?

Not always. Some documents can be signed electronically, but certain state-specific forms or collaboration documents require original or wet signatures. When that happens, those documents may need to be printed, completed separately, or handled outside the main DocuSign packet. Please refer to our state submission guidelines or the state-specific guidance attached to your agreement for filing details.
