Will all agreements be signed electronically?

Most of the time, but not always. The vast majority of agreement templates sent out on the Single Aim platform are signed electronically.

Certain state-specific forms or collaboration documents require original or wet signatures. When that happens, those documents may need to be printed, completed separately, or handled outside the main DocuSign packet. Please refer to our state submission guidelines or the state-specific guidance attached to your agreement for filing details.
