Can I review or download the agreement before signing?

When you submit your agreement information in the Single Aim portal, you can see the template that will be used to send out your agreement. You can download the documents from there and customize them if needed. If you want to customize the documents, upload the customized versions into the additional documents field on the agreement completion page. Once they are uploaded, the Single Aim team can use them to enter into DocuSign and send out a custom agreement.
