How does the signing process work for the agreement?

The agreement is sent through DocuSign as a template, so some fields may appear blank at first. It is sent first to the clinician to complete their section and sign. After that, it is routed to the physician to complete the fields assigned to them and sign. Once all parties have signed, a finalized copy is sent automatically.
