Can an agreement be changed after it has been completed?

Please review the terms of your collaborative agreement for any requirements on amendments or modifications. Depending on those terms, either both parties can create and execute an amendment to the agreement, or you can request Single Aim to send a replacement agreement for both parties to complete and sign again.
