How do I start or finalize a collaboration agreement?

Once you and the physician have agreed on key terms, such as the start date and fee, you can finalize the collaboration in your Single Aim account or through the confirmation link. Both parties need to confirm the collaboration details. After all required onboarding information is submitted, the agreement is sent through DocuSign and credentialing can begin.
