Can I reconnect with physicians later when I’m ready to move forward?
Yes. You can reconnect with a physician when you are ready to move forward by reaching back out through the Single Aim portal. You can also establish a collaboration with a future start date, which is common when clinicians want to line up a collaborating physician and understand the expected cost before they begin. Billing does not begin before the selected start date; monthly fees start on whichever happens later, the start date or the date the collaborative agreement is fully signed.
