How do I get a copy of my certificate of insurance (COI) or updated proof of coverage?

If you are a clinician looking for your own certificate of insurance (COI), contact your malpractice insurer directly. If you are a paid member physician using the Single Aim platform medical malpractice policy, review Physician Medical Malpractice Coverage on Single Aim and email support@singleaimhealth.com to request a COI or an updated COI for your coverage.
