What happens if I cancel a collaboration or membership? Will billing stop?
If a collaboration or membership is canceled, service and fees continue through the month already paid for. If notice is given at least 72 hours before the next scheduled charge, that next payment is automatically canceled. After the paid-through period ends, the collaboration or membership can then be marked inactive. Your state may require separate termination or filing steps, so please review the State Submission Guide and the state-specific guidance attached in your collaborative agreement.
