Can I get a refund or prorated refund for a collaboration fee?
Generally, no. Either party may terminate the collaboration at any time, but service and fees continue only through the month already paid for. If notice is given at least 72 hours before the next scheduled charge, that next payment is automatically canceled.
Refunds or prorated refunds are not typically issued under the standard policy. If a charge was made in error, or if a refund outside the policy is approved by the physician, contact Support in the portal for review.
